Jack Daniel’s Old Tennessee Whisky No.7 700ML
Jack Daniels is a world-renowned whiskey, one of the best that America has to offer. The new-make whiskey is charcoal-mellowed through 10 feet of maple charcoal prior to aging. Aged at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels which the distillery makes itself. This Tennessee whiskey was named No.7 by "Mr. Jack" himself in 1887 – no one knows why. Popular theories include: Jack honoring his seven girlfriends or it’s the 7th recipe. However, the most plausible explanation is the case of the seven missing barrels of Jack Daniel’s whisky on route to Missouri for the World Fair in 1904. So another seven were shipped, but in the meantime the railroad found the first seven and they marked them as the ‘Old Number Seven’ to avoid confusion when the new barrels arrived. Although the truth of its name remains unknown, it continues to be the original all-conquering cola-friendly colossus. Commanding legions of fans worldwide, it’s no wonder why Jack Daniel’s No.7 is #1 and that, my friends, is no mystery.
